The Salthill Devon U12 A’s secured safe passage into the 3rd round of the Connaught cup with a 2 nil win over Merville Utd in Sligo on Saturday.

In tough playing conditions Devon finished the first half 1 up thanks to a well taken goal from Thomas D’Arcy. While on top throughout the game, it wasn’t until a fine finish from Tommy Lillis 3 minutes from the end made the game safe. Well done to all the squad and a big thanks to all the parents who made the trip to Sligo.
